Thank you for your interest in Crofton Country Club as a potential site for the upcoming Golf Outing you are planning. We are very excited about the opportunity to host your tournament here.
The par hole course can play at more than 7,100 yards from the championship tees with four other tee options to provide golfers of all ages and abilities with an enjoyable and rewarding golf experience. Since its founding in 1964, the club has hosted both U.S. Open and U.S. Amateur qualifiers as well as four Maryland Opens.
Our beautiful Clubhouse has a variety of rooms to accommodate groups of any size and offers the perfect spot for your awards reception and banquet. Our experienced culinary team will create a menu to suit your needs while our outing staff guides you through from the first drive to the last putt.
Enclosed are golf outing guidelines and menus for you to review. We offer a number of food and beverage options, please keep in mind our flexibility to tailor a package to suit your needs in any capacity. We are available to answer any questions that you may have.

2. Golf Outing Guidelines
Crofton Country Club would like to help make your golf tournament a success.
Whether you’re raising money for a charity civic group, or letting your sales team impress key clients out on the links, the Tournament Professionals at Crofton will put together your entire morning or afternoon golf outing so you can focus on your guests.
Because we are a golf management company with 26 clubs all over the country, we are able to provide our tournaments with our CBIGG Replay card. That card adds double the value to your players as it gives them an additional round of golf for only a cart fee at any of our CBIGG clubs in their area. This is a great item to help boost golfer participation.

3. Golf Outing Guidelines
Deposit and Payment Information
A deposit based on the total function estimate is due with the signed contract.
Full payment of the tournament is due upon completion of the outing.
Attire
All players are expected to wear traditional golf attire. No denim jeans or cutoffs will be
permitted. Collared shirts are required. Golf Shoes or sneakers only will be permitted.
Reservation Policies
• All Food and Beverage must be provided by Crofton Country Club.
• For groups less than 100 players, Crofton may fill the additional spots with another group.
• Crofton must be notified of all menu selections at least (2) weeks prior to the outing date.
• Pairings must be submitted 48 hours before the event.
• The final guaranteed number of participants for Food & Beverage must be submitted no later than (4) business days prior to the event. This number will be the minimum number charged on the date of the outing.

Crofton Country Club proudly offers our services for your next golf outing. Our catering staff will work with you to plan every detail of your event.
We have several settings for your golf outing, accommodating groups from 25 to 300.
Whatever the occasion calls for, you and your guests will enjoy our fine cuisine and attention to detail. Special menu and event design options are available to meet your specific needs.

8. Beverages on the Course
Beverage Station (The Preferred Method to Serve your Guests Best)
Stations may be set up on select holes throughout the golf course. A selection of beverages and snacks will be available on a consumption basis (see prices below). Charges will be applied to your final bill. Any alcoholic beverages require Crofton staff to serve. The attendant fee is $100. For your convenience, we can also deliver a tent, 6’ table and 2 chairs to a hole for $50 plus tax.
Beverage Cart
We would be happy to arrange a beverage cart for your group. There are many options including cash sales, drink tickets and consumption basis. One cart is included for tournaments. For additional cart, a $ attendant fee will apply per driver. Please see catering to decide what is right for your group.
