School was founded by Ms. Shafia Rafique
and Mr. Rafique Sarhadi in OCT 2011.
Its being 6 years of excellence by providing high quality care and education to children and their families that will assist children in all areas of their development, which gives them good foundation to progress through life.

Little Fellow’s strives to promote the growth and development of a child where individuality and health is our main focus.
We provide fun, safe and loving environment for children to learn and grow at their on pace.

Conducting workshops on pregnancy
Food and nutrition’s, health and well being
Infant & Toddler’s look after programs
Mother’s/ Parents awareness campaigns on “ECCE” as well as child development related topics
We are planning to propose on-site day-care centre facility to different organizations and companies

7. In Pakistan what choices working parents have?
Most families currently have three options for securing child care.
Parents care for their children by themselves especially the mother. But this is increasingly difficult, as most families now rely on two breadwinners to stay above water.

8. 3. They need to rely on grandparents, uncles, Aunts, friends or any other relatives which ultimately high the risk of child abuse, sexual abuse, malnutrition, negligence in care etc.
Parents can pay for child care out of pocket. But this approach is
very costly for low-income families.

9. Why to invest in high-quality childcare centres and early learning?

10. It is essential to a woman’s ability to participate in the workforce.
These centres will help families who are living below the poverty line.
Private quality day-care centres are not truly an option for many Pakistani's, especially young single mothers, and low income families.
It is an essential way to close the achievement gap between children of different economic backgrounds and prepare them
for kindergarten, primary school, and beyond.

11. Decades of research have also shown that investing in our children at an early age pays social, educational, and economic dividends over the course of a child’s lifetime.
Children access to high quality childcare and early learning education will promote school readiness, regardless of their family situation.

13. Recommendations We should launch a childcare plan on National Levels.
Which will strengthen families and make them more economically secure while also reducing inequality and improving educational achievement in this country.

14. Publicly funded programs will be helpful for low-income families and mothers, but there access should not be limited and quality should not be compromised

15. These centers will help needy families to provide
their children with basic needs, food, medical,
education, childcare and much more.
Different NGO, Government Funds, welfare
programs etc to help these centers flourish and
perform for the betterment of our children.
