PCI Center visits Developed Task Force, ICSC, EMS Advisory, Hospital Advisory Stakeholder events Media blitz EMS and Hospital Education curriculums built 1st round of EMS funding completed Hospital Guideline completed EMS recognition to 2 Iowa services Built first statewide data report Begin work on first STEMI Conference 2nd round of EMS funding ICSC signs the hospital guideline Statewide STEMI Guideline released to all hospitals Plans finalized for EMS and hospital education Completion of 2016 STEMI Conferences Receiving quarterly data reports for 22 PCI Centers 24 hospitals on Iowa Statewide data report Funding underway for Non-PCI Hospitals for 12-Lead ECG receiving equipment Planning for Public Awareness Campaign Continue 12-Lead ECG funding awards Continue placing receiving equipment Develop regional work groups statewide Roll out education initiatives Begin planning for M:L Conferences and workshops for 2017 Build sustainability plan with the state of Iowa Continue needs assessment for EMS Continue funding efforts January – December 2015 January – Present 2016 June 2016 and beyond 11/10/2018 ©2010, American Heart Association
