3. SPM Project Overview Overview Tab
Collaborative workspace for modeling SPM processes.
To Edit any of the SPM Project information, click Actions, and then click Edit Overview

4. SPM Project Overview Documents Tab
Additional Documents can be uploaded by clicking on the Actions button, and then clicking Upload Document.
Browse for the document you want to upload and then click Create.
Documents can be any file that can be saved to an accessible folder.
They can be organized in folders and subfolders intended to provide project members simple and easy access to all documents related to Supplier Performance Management.
You also have the option to create folders and sub-folders

5. SPM Project Overview Task Tab
Ability to quickly monitor progress on a specific SPM project to isolate bottlenecks and reduce inefficiencies.
Best Practice processes organized into relevant Phases and Tasks to ensure processes are repeatable and measurable.
Ability to use recurring tasks to automatically kick-off important processes.

6. SPM Project Overview Team Tab
Unique Team Members can be assigned to each project to ensure the right people are working with the right suppliers.
Ability to manage access, controls and task assignments via use of groups roles and permissions.
Simple and easy to change team members or roles.

7. SPM Project Overview Message Board Tab
Able to communicate with others about the project.
Replies to a message are threaded.
Messages can be assigned alerts and labels for grouping/sorting.
Each project message board is automatically assigned a unique & random address.
Unique address for project

8. SPM Project Overview History Tab
Search filters allow you to search for specific content.
Exportable to Microsoft Excel.
Audit trail of all project activity that lets you track who did what when.
