1. Adventures in Discrimination Law
Part I: Using available online news resources, find and summarize four articles that deal with each of the following aspects of discrimination law: Busing/Desegregation, Affirmative Action/School Admissions, Title VII/Workplace Discrimination, and Gender Discrimination. For each article be sure to explain the legal issues involved in the incident, any pending litigation, your view on the incident (i.e. which side you support and why), and a citation of where the article came from.
Part II: Create a 10 Question Reading Quiz for Chapter 43 using information between pages 482 and 506.
