1. Days 4 and 5
After some issues regarding wiring….up on the roof we wired the fan and laptop up to the solar panel, invertor and battery!!! As this was happening a national newspaper arrived to take a picture! We logged data at the same time about sunlight and have recorded three days worth of this information.
After preparing for a sharing assembly, the ECO Club went into the Computer suite to see the fan and two computers run on solar energy during an actual power cut!! It had worked…Yippeeee!

2. After assembly the children watched the World Leader DVD and then opened the Box of Possibilities. They thought about safety and safe places and filmed some responses for you to see.
This morning (Friday) the ECO Club presented all their findings, solutions and future plans concerning the use of solar energy to the whole school in assembly. We were very proud of them.

3. After school we went to one of the 12 gates around the old city of Lahore called Dehli Gate.
Inside the gate was a hammam (public baths). Here we are on the roof.
Then we walked around the spice market.
It smelled gorgeous.

4. AND……Finally we ATE!!!!!!!
(at Cooco’s Den near Badshahi Mosque. There were amazing views and a very expensive bill.)
