2 Service Overview Wholesale Distribution Readiness Assessment This workshop will help wholesale distribution companies evaluate the key factors in preparing for the move to Dynamics 365. The workshop will be held on site at the client's facility and will include both business and IT leaders. ENAVATE will: review the industry specific customizations in Dynamics AX or legacy enterprise solution compare them to the ENAVATE Solution Map for Wholesale Distribution ENAVATE will also take a deep dive into key business processes related to the Wholesale Distribution industry and those that provide client specific competitive differentiation.

5 Deliverables Wholesale Distribution Readiness Assessment At the completion of the assessment, ENAVATE will deliver a report documenting the client’s readiness to implement Dynamics 365. The report will contain a rough order of magnitude (ROM) as to the amount of effort required to move to Dynamics 365. ENAVATE will also provide a customized copy of the Wholesale Distribution Solution Map indicating which processes are satisfied by: Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (Common Processes) ENAVATE Software Apps (Industry Differentiators) Key client specific processes (Business Benefit Drivers)

7 Maturity level drives focus
Understanding the readiness of the organization to accept change, identifying the issues, and then dealing with them in (e.g. Implementation Plans) is key to a successful ERP program. In organizations operating with mature systems this typically is a joint effort between Head Quarters (especially human resources) staff, lines of business, and IT project management (planners) Table 1.
