Final Carry Forward Amounts were sent via to each Executive Director on Monday, September 28th
Procedure for Updating BSPs With Changes Resulting From Reallocation Forms 
Where applicable, subtract the amounts being decreased from the amounts already existing in the cells of the BSP pages OR
Add the amounts being increased to the amounts already existing in the cells of the BSP pages both on the Base Amounts side and the Fund Code Distribution side of the BSP pages so that it will be easier to track what has decreased and increased.
Please do not just hard code a new amount over the existing amount from the previously updated version of the BSP.

September 1: deadline to register your vendors, register programs, enter “projected to serve” numbers for ALL strategies. Contact Betty Gardiner if you need assistance.
Data training webinars now posted to the FSDC web site
Child Care Training Outputs screen and report is undergoing renovation – should be ready October 31
Quarterly data submissions will be reviewed by TAs during and Partnerships will be notified if TA has questions. First quarter deadline: October 31 (including CTK Summer 2015), with the exception of child care training outputs
Child Care Training follow-up visits to non-QE providers should be entered in the FSDC within the Child Care Data section

All of our 4K Teachers are documenting and assessing our students with Gold by Teaching Strategies!!
We have Jan. 4-8, 2016 scheduled in Columbia for ECERS 3 Reliability Training with the authors. Invitations of interest have been sent out to certified County Partnership TAs. Did we miss anyone??
The approved 4K provider list is regularly updated at Please continue to refer interested parents and providers.
