Australia’s natural resources are bauxite, coal, iron ore, copper, tin, gold, silver, uranium, nickel, tungsten, rare earth elements, mineral sands, lead, zinc, diamonds, natural gas, petroleum. Australia has mostly flat land with deserts. But there are some fertile lands in the southeast. Australia’s tallest mountain is Mt. Kosciuszko at 2,229 m.
