We are proud of the huge improvement in the overall discipline of our children. I can proudly say that our children have vastly improve their behaviour over the last three years. We can also see that in our academic results. Let’s keep up the good work and always remember that the success of education is based on good discipline and a solid value system. We are still improving on our value system based on seven important values. We would also like our parents to buy into our values that we promote throughout the year. Let’s build on this. Our values are: Eco-friendliness, Responsibility, Integrity, Respect, Commitment, Ubuntu, Humility.

2. Sabie’s got Talent Final
Safety and Security: Since the beginning of 2013, it is the responsibility of the Gr 6 learners to make themselves available for scholar patrol duty. The whole group is divided into teams that have two duty points. Please support your child in this responsibility and make sure they are punctual at all times. In future any negligence of this duty might result in exclusion from leadership opportunities. Please notify the principal of any logistical or other problems.

Oratile Dibakwane Gr 3E is die beste grondslagfase akademiese presteerder.
Cebile Ngomane Gr 7E was awarded the Alf Ueckerman Trophy for best learner in Mathematics Gr 7.

Gr 7 toer: Die graad 7’s was Natal toe op 30 Sept. Die leerders het die toer baie geniet. Hulle het die volgende plekke besoek: krokodilplaas, bootvaart op die lagoon (tussen seekoeie en krokodille), ‘n “butterfly dome” waar ‘n verskeidenheid spesies skoenlappers waargeneem is. Die besoek aan die strand was nie baie suksesvol nie as gevolg van die weer. Die leerders se gedrag was uitstaande.
Thought for the week:
Baie sterkte aan juf Marietjie Brits wat ‘n ernstige operasie ondergaan het. Ons hoop sy sterk baie gou aan!
