2. Change of Command Incoming staff

Incoming staff
On the morning of the change of command cadets participated to watch as the Battalion Commander released her command on the 8th Battalion and welcome the incoming staff to take charge of the battalion.

3. Military Ball
Cadets attended the annual military ball, where they were served a streak dinner, were able to enjoy a lovely night with friends and others, they had a night full of laughter and dancing .

4. Staff Ride
to Hawaii
Our Cadets went on a staff ride to learn the history of the pearl harbor events and were able to hear stories and see the sights where these events occurred. It was a wonderful experience to all those who got to participate on the annual JROTC staff ride.

5. Cadets in each company are put to a test on how well their leadership skills are on guiding others to complete a task. They are all able to take turns in each event and see if they successfully complete it.

6. Orienteering
Cadets that are a part of the orienteering team are put under a test on their land navigation skills, they compete with other schools teams trying to find points out under a certain amount of time in the mountains, deserts and other landscapes here in Arizona. These Cadets love being put to the challenge of competing in such events.
