4. PARTICIPANT CRITERIA Member of underrepresented population;
First generation college student (self-reported);
Non-traditional student (age 25 or older);
Geographically disadvantaged;
Legal custody of the Department of Children Services;
Pell grant eligible or receiving state financial assistance;
Academically at risk as determined by GPA of 2.5 or below or enrolled in non-collegiate courses
