Kelso was born on a lily pad in Willow Pond on a warm sunny day. Kelso has many friends on the pond. Sometimes Kelso’s friends get along, and some times they don’t. So, Kelso being the clever frog came up with a way for his friends to solve big and small problems.

3. What are big and small problems?
Small problems are problems that you can solve on your own and do not need the help of an adult.
Big problems are problems that can be harmful and dangerous and require the help of an adult.

4. Examples of Small Problems
Not sharing.
Cutting in line.
Not taking turns.

5. Examples of Big Problems
If you see someone with a dangerous object.
Someone threatens to hurt you or others.
If you see someone drink or eat something that could be dangerous to their health.
