How to add a news Steps to follow to add a news:
Log into the website using your username and password Click on “News”, on the navigation tree Click on “Add news”

How to add a news Clicking on “Add news” will make this pop-up appear:
Status: gives the user the possibility to add the news as a draft or to publish it directly Date: refers to the date of publication of the news Title: is the title of the news Description: contains the body of the news

Thumbnails image: allows the user to select a picture to link to the news. The chosen picture will be displayed next to the body of the news. Image caption: allows the user to write a caption to the uploaded picture. External link: allows the user to insert a relevant link to an external website Don’t forget to click on “Save”

How to edit a news To modify a news click on the “pencil” icon next to the news to be modified. This will make the pop up just shown appear. To delete a news click on the “dustbin” icon next to the news to be deleted. Don’t forget to click on “Save”

How to add a document Steps to follow to add a document:
Log into the website using your username and password Click on “Documents”, on the navigation tree Click on “Add document”

How to add a document Clicking on “Add document” will make this pop-up appear: Status: gives the user the possibility to add the document as a draft or to publish it directly. Category: allows the user to properly categorize a document Date: refers to the date of publication of the document Title: is the title of the document Please publish only the documents you have the right to publish yourself. Any other documents you want to put, add only a link to the original source

How to add a document Clicking on “Add document” will make this pop-up appear: Description: contains the description of the document Document: allows the user to upload a document from his or her computer. Any file extension is fine. Link to the document: allows the user to provide a URL if the document is stored onto another website Either one of those information is required Don’t forget to click on “Save”

How to add a link Be careful to COPY and PASTE your link directly from your browser. You have to be sure to insert the at the beginning e.g. INCORRECT CORRECT Don’t forget to click on “Save”
