Experience and learn about a variety of martial arts by attending introductory martial arts courses with instructors in Hong Kong

It’s full contact from the get-go. Be prepared to partner up.
Wear sports clothes or bring them and change.
Shoes- You should wear trainers. Many gyms are matted; you may go bare-foot in these or wear special smooth-soled shoes such as TaeKwonDo shoes.
Drink water. Loads of water.
