When looking at user adoption as a whole, there are really three sides. Training, communication, and change management. Today we are going to focus on TRAINING and showcase some of the tools you have available to you.
Change management strategy describes specific ways in which your organization will address such things as changes in the professional development certification process, inventory tracking requirements, meeting scheduling, etc.
Communication refers to planning, managing, and controlling communications with key stakeholders through out the process both internally and externally.
Why? Because one of the most common reasons CRM deployments fail is because of poor user adoption:
Accourding to a study done by forrester, lack of user adoption account is the primary cause of 70% of failed projects
