Action Points Identify programs on your campus in which high schools are involved and make a connection. Reach out to local library media specialists. Think about developing a one-page handout about your information literacy expectations for new students.

Identify your top feeder high schools. Investigate the K-12 educational terrain in your state. Learn about the organizations that support library media specialists. Along these same lines, offer to speak to organizations.
