Prepare an ACTION PLAN …YOUR GROUP ACTION MUST MATCH THE THEME AND YOUR CONCEPT! Determine the Need/Purpose/Motivation/ISSUE? What’s an action that will make a difference and have an impact? What’s the Goal? How will the goal be attained? What will your group do? Name the agency that it will be done for or with (if any) List all the steps it will take from start to finish (include a timeline, plus all costs, supplies/materials needed) Who else will need to be included? What jobs/tasks will need to be assigned? Why is this the best action you can take right now?
