2. Motive
Because of God’s mercies we are to be LIVING SACRIFICES Holy Acceptable to Him TRANSFORMED

3. Means BY RENEWING OUR MINDS
It is a command to us; it calls us to action; not passivity
It is possible or God would not have commanded it
He gave us His Spirit
He gave us His Word
It takes time and work
God never commands us to do something that we cannot do with His help. It is a joint venture, it requires our submission and initiative

4. Means RENEWING OUR MINDS AT HOME AT PLAY IN THE WORLD
Begins with a new foundational understanding of my existence: I am God’s and I exist for His Glory. I am to be on mission for Him

I need to ask: how will what I am doing further the glory of God and His Mission for me?
We are never “Free” We are always slaves to something – either God or ourselves or the sins we have become ensnared in

5. Means RENEWING OUR MINDS
