4 Annual Full-Time Enrollment
Data was pulled 2/3/14 from Connect>Institutional Research>End of Year>Registration by location and tribal enrollment FTE = total credits / 36 AY15- data was pulled from the registrar’s annual enrollment report AY16- data was pulled from the registrar’s annual enrollment report FTEs – Annualized [calculated by the sum of the annual student credit hours divided by 36. Total credits for summer, fall, winter and spring enrollments*, divided by 36 (the equivalent of 12 credits [FT] X 3 qtrs). NWIC]: Annualized FTE is *One enrollment = the credits attached to that course.

And is documenting in the NWIC Basic Financial Statements and Independent Auditors’ Reports dated June 30, 2013 which is saved in the SSR 2014 data file on the G-drive Ay15- Annual enrollment report 10/15/15 AY 16- Annual enrollment report 10/5/16 Indian Student Count (ISC) [NWIC]: The number of FTE American Indian/Alaska Native Students enrolled according to a specific formula, for the purposes of distributing funds under the Tribally Controlled College Assistance Act, P.L Total College Hours / 12 = ISC

Data for AY was retrieved by JGoold on 2/4/15 in report 3-6_yr_grad_rate_pulled On time is define as 3 years; First Time Full time; AY 10-AY11 are pulled from the data set that has been kept on file and updated since 2002 AY 15 updated 10/15/15 Students are tracked by cohorts. A cohort is defined as first time full time students. Fall to Fall Fall 2012 to Spring 2015 Lummi 2/16=13% 2/23=9% 5/29=17% 5/52=10% 9/39=23% Off Campus 3/42=7% 5/27=19% 6/44=14% 3/35=9% 4/54=7% Overall 5/58=9% 7/50=14% 11/73=15% 8/87=9% 13/93=14%

Reasons for plummet: #1 we can’t count them for ISC, #2 we lost funding #3we only have a part-time instructor #4 students moving to other institutions

Within the last year the NACTEP courses were implemented which include the electrical, plumbing and construction courses. Which are broken down by modules so this is an exaggerated duplicated number. Native American Career & Technical Education Program
