4. Guidelines
Every designer has been asked to deliver besides the logo or logos, a description which explains the depiction of the logo. Also technical details were taken into acount.
Designers have been informed that the winning logo will be submitted to ICAO
ICAO will become the rightfull owner of the logo
Designers have been informed about the selection and voting procedure.

5. Action for ICAO Research on Integration of specifications in Doc 9303
Logo should not have any negative connotations or symbology
Logo must be copyright free
Logo must ultimately be copyrighted for ICAO
