Government Funding Outcomes
People CrossReach support have greater choice and control over design and delivery of the support they receive. CrossReach services offer choice and control due to a culture of Personalisation. Staff, volunteers and people using the services agree that taking on the role of ambassadors allows them to contribute more to their community. People CrossReach support have greater choice and control: over the design and delivery of the support they receive as the values and principles of SDS are put into practice. Knowledge of and engagement with SDS among the wider community is enhanced.
