The representative body for the UK’s infrastructure contractors
Just over 300 members deliver an estimated 80 per cent of all infrastructure construction in the UK
Every major project delivered for Highways England and Highways Agency has been built by CECA members
Also strong involvement in highways maintenance community
Many more members in the highways supply chain, or work for other highways customers
Highways makes up more than 25 per cent of CECA members total workload

2010 Spending Review
Highways Agency to undergo “a full review to ensure that HA structure and governance give assurance of value for money”
2011 – A fresh start for the Strategic Road Network

July 2013 – Action for Roads

2014 – Road Investment Strategy
