An intense program that will prepare students with the tools needed to be successful in today’s work environment, and address the “essential skills” needed to perform today’s jobs. Delivers a one semester S.T.E.P. Academy program
Assists students and parents in the development of academic and occupational planning, decision-making, goal setting and preparing for transition after high school

Professional portfolio through articulating individual skills and experience on paper (cover letter, resume) and in person (interview).
