To execute test cases requiring the ServiceNow Module type or copy/paste the following links using the Chrome browser: - this should take you to the ServiceNow module Log in using your Level 2 credentials with Duo (if offsite)

Measure the functionality of the ServiceNow application against the user community Ensure that the application is properly configured to support users Incident Management, Service Request and Change Management On-Call Project Portfolio Management Demand Management Identify critical defects, issues or performance gaps that impact the ability of end users to perform their work in ServiceNow that need to be remediated prior to go live

6 UAT – Logging Results and Defects
At a minimum, testers should log any failed steps executed on the Pass/Fail and Actual Outcome columns Testers are also expected to log any failed steps in the printed paper form or in the Google document here At a minimum, we would like testers to provide the following information about the issues being logged: * Date Logged * Tester Name * Test Case Name (ex. INC001, CHG001, etc) * Step Failed * Description of Defect * Status (if opening a new defect, set status to Open) Screenshots or images are helpful!
