Overview of Results There was no unanimous critical feedback. Input on academic program was diverse in scope and focus. Positive feedback had several clear themes. Many aspects of critical feedback are already being addressed by faculty, CDC, and Academic Council. Positive feedback celebrates and vindicates the strengths in our academic program.

Positive Student Feedback on Academic Experience
Dedicated faculty were by far the most common point of positive feedback. Students voiced appreciation for availability, relationships, passion for teaching, and rigorous approach to education. Harkness tables/discussion-based learning Small classes Free time in the daily schedule Educational technology Variety of course offerings, AP offerings

Critical Student Feedback on Academic Experience
Feedback ranged from iPrism to dorm printers, with few clear themes. Encourages continued professional development of faculty to promote a consistent academic experience (addressed by Critical Friends, 3-year evaluation cycle, classroom visitation policy). Fewer prerequisites, more academic freedom of choice. More variation in classroom experience. Diversify mode of content delivery. Schedule and X-period (addressed)
