5. Interviews
interviews will help with the selection process. It gives mentors and teachers a chance to get to know and evaluate students’ prospective value to the team.

6. CONTRACT
You should develop a contract for both the students and parents to sign. This should outline what is expected of the students as well as the structure of the team and season.
