Use the school announcements, flyers, and, if possible, even your team website

CONSTRUCT AN APPLICATION FOR THOSE WHO are Applying FOR THE TEAM.
INCLUDE: - GRADE POINT AVERAGE (GPA) - EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES - USEFUL SKILLS -conflicts -etc… The following is an example of a possible way to set up this application

Interviews interviews will help with the selection process. It gives mentors and teachers a chance to get to know and evaluate students’ prospective value to the team.

CONTRACT You should develop a contract for both the students and parents to sign. This should outline what is expected of the students as well as the structure of the team and season.
