Review Alerts You might know that our stores collect reviews at multiple places online, include Facebook, Google, Yelp and even on the local store websites. Your store has recently received feedback regarding a experience from a Client. To make sure you were aware of this review (and others), we have enrolled you in an alert system. If you are an iAPPS (we hope you are!), we encourage you to log in and respond politely to the review. If you are not an iAPPS admin or don’t know your log in information, please contact us so that we can assist you. If you choose to respond to the Client, please remember that we encourage TL’s to apply the “TAFY” principle to responses. TAFY stands for “Thanks, Acknowledge experience, Future Action, Yield.” For negative reviews, a response like this is appropriate: “Thanks for sharing your recent encounter with us. We certainly apologize that we did not deliver a championship experience to you on your most recent visit. Besides my apology, would you be willing to let me try to improve upon our performance? Please feel free to me back or call me directly at XXX-XXXX.” We do not ask TL’s to respond to negative reviews in order to get the Client to ask for the original review to be deleted or for them to write a better one. As a matter of fact, Google and the other platforms refuse to remove reviews even if they are negative (and even if they are untrue!) Instead, we ask TL’s to respond to negative reviews because we believe that TL’s truly care about the experience their Clients (even currently unhappy ones) have and want to treat people the way they themselves want to be treated. Log into iAPPS Go to and (always) log into the “Content Manager”

Go to the iAPPS Dashboard
Once on the Content Manager page, select the iAPPS “Dashboard” menu option in the upper left hand corner.

On the iAPPS Dashboard, labeled “Listings”. Click on the tab to access the Yext platform

Select a store location. Open Listings tab will appear. Select to launch Yext.

Adding Notification for All Sites
Choose New Reviews Add Filter for each Review Platform Site. If you want notifications for the “Big Three” you will have three attributes, one for each.

Choose Location Add Filter for specific location Type Store# to being autofill. If you want notifications for the more than one location you will need to have tabs one for each.
