5 State Flag The flag is Red, White, and Blue to signify that it is part of the U.S. The Diamond on the flag represents that Arkansas is the only Diamond producing State. The 25 White stars represent that Arkansas was the 25th State to join the Union. The 3 Blue stars are symbols for the 3 Nations (Spain, France, and the U.S. which ruled Arkansas before it came a state.
