1. 6GA takes on ATL

2. Departure & Arrival Expectations
Arrive at Hand no LATER than 6:45 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 27th.
We must check everyone in & ensure that we have everything that we need for the trip.
The bus will pull out of the parking lot promptly at 7:30 a.m.
We will return to Hand Friday, October 28th. Our expected time is 9:00 p.m.
We will have you notify your parents using your cellphone if it appears we will not be arriving on time.

3. Electronics Don'ts Do’s
Bring a camera to take pictures while visiting the sites.
Bring a cellphone to use as a camera & to call home when necessary.
Be respectful!
Remember you are responsible for your belongings.
NO laptops, tablets, iPods, gaming systems, etc.
NO texting, listening to music, phone calls, social media, etc. while visiting these sites. ONLY PICTURES!
Don’t waste all of your battery on the bus; there will be movies to watch on the bus.

4. Field Trip Behavior Expectations
Of course, G.O.L.D.
Stay with your partner AT ALL TIMES.
Follow all directions given by your group leader.
Be POLITE, RESPECTFUL, & COURTEOUS! You represent yourself, your family, Hand, & 6GA.
Do not run, play on exhibits, talk loudly, and talk on your cellphone at the sites.

5. Dave & Busters Expectations
You will follow your group leader’s directions when entering Dave & Busters.
You will SIT down at the table FIRST before eating.
You will get ONE plate of food & will ask a group leader before going to get seconds.
Do not wait until the last possible second to redeem your points.
Please make your choices in a timely manner & exit the prize room, so that others can make their selections.

6. Hotel Expectations
Once we check in to the hotel, you will remain in your room until morning.
We will have night supervisors on each hall for your security & to let us know of any misbehavior.
You WILL NOT leave your room. If you need assistance during the night, we will have a number for you to call.
We will stagger breakfast times, so that we are not all down in the lobby at once.
You MUST have everything PACKED & downstairs by the given departure time. We will NOT return to the hotel.
