Even SMART Professionals have questions! Q: What does SMART stand for? A: SHARE Modernization Agency Readiness and Training Q: What is the SMART Network? A: SMART is a network of agency employees outside of the project team who foster targeted communications to employees and help integrate the SHARE upgrade with the state agencies to strengthen ownership. The team includes SMART Sponsors, SMART Leads, and SMART Professionals (SMARTpros). Q: What is my role as a SMARTnet participant? A: As a SMARTpro, you will serve as a liaison between your agency and the project team by listening, communicating, and supporting the SHARE upgrade. Q: How often will we have SMARTnet meetings? A: Monthly – you should have received calendar invitations for the upcoming meetings. Q: As a SMARTnet member, am I representative of my agency or of the SHARE project team? A: Both – as a SMARTnet member you facilitate two-way communication between the project team and your agency. You are responsible for providing feedback from your agency to the project team, and for communicating project messages to your agency. Q: How will I know what information to communicate to my agency? A: The SHARE upgrade team will share all necessary information with you through monthly SMART meetings and targeted communications. Q: What is the time commitment for a SMART Leads? A: SMART Leads must attend monthly meetings with SMARTnet and SHARE team and will communicate with and manage SMARTpros. Depending on your agency and the phase of the project, Leads will spend around 4-6 hours per month on SMARTnet. Q: What is the time commitment for a SMARTpro? A: SMARTpros must attend monthly SMART webinars with the project team, as well as complete designated tasks and activities within their agencies outside of the meetings. SMARTpros time commitment depends on your agency and the phase of the project, but generally will be around hours per month. Q: How do I share feedback that I have collected from my agency? A: You can share feedback through the monthly SMARTnet meetings / webinar or through our feedback forum on the SHARE website, share.state.nm.us.
