During pre-cycle operational error in the sequence to enable/reset of the Tune FB  trip of RQTF/RQTD  Tasks being implemented in the sequencer
RQ10.R8 B1 and B2 tripped at injection: current lead water cooling fault (spike) leading to a trip of the power converter. PC expert: access might be required if it reappears

Origin of the two problems: water leak from the roof of building SDX2 (bât 2285).
Temporary fix: Connectors dried. Plastic cover in place
Further actions (in case of a stop of 3 hours): Replacement of the connectors to prevent malfunction from oxidation.
Roof repair (inspection today)
Exchanged PowerPC module for BPM in point 1
Intervention and patrol finished by ~19:00
