2. The Color Wheel is...
The arrangement of colors around a circle showing relationships between the primary colors, secondary colors, and intermediate colors.

3. Primary Colors - Red, Blue, and Yellow
Primary Colors - Red, Blue, and Yellow. Every other color is made up of some combination of these three.

4. Secondary Colors - Orange, Green, and Violet
Secondary Colors - Orange, Green, and Violet. Secondary colors lie between the primary colors on the color wheel. These colors result from two primary colors being mixed together.

5. Yellow + red = orange yellow + blue = green red + blue = violet
How to mix the Secondary colors:
Yellow + red = orange yellow + blue = green red + blue = violet

6. Intermediate colors--also called Tertiary colors--result from one primary color and one secondary color being mixed together.

7. How to mix the Intermediate colors:
Red + Orange = Red-Orange
Red + Violet = Red-Violet
Yellow + Orange = Yellow-Orange
Yellow + Green = Yellow-Green
Blue + Violet = Blue-Violet
Blue + Green = Blue-Green
