2. Procedure Do the research first
Verify part is correct for your application, then check it again! Read the data sheets.
Find an approved supplier who has a good price and satisfactory availability
Complete a purchase request form (on class Website)
Group components from same supplier on a single form
Include complete description of part and other required info
Include the link to the cart item if possible
Don’t forget shipping and handling charges.

3. Procedure Email the completed form to odell@uta.edu
Print a hard copy, sign and date it and bring it to me in the next class, or leave it in my CSE mailbox
I will notify you when I receive your part(s), and bring them to class/lab, if convenient.
Parts can be picked up in lab when either the Professor or GTA is available
Receipt signature required

Other vendors can be added if they will tax-exempt UTA (you verify this)
