FAQ - General recommendation HQ Sales & Service org / Distr. – Kubota WWS Kubota Engine is a separate org. vs the Kubota tractor / lawn mower org. – service organization and service agents are mostly 3:e party -stand-alone professional engine service agents/distr. Establish dialog with local Kubota WWS agent to determine best local setup for warranty and tech support If possible – communicate info to HQ P 500 dealers to always have direct contact with local Kubota agent – most likely has the dealer already a OEM parts relationship If it’s not desired that the HQ dealer have direct contact with local Kubota WWS agent – then HQ Sales/Service should take “official” responsibilities for all incoming tech and warranty calls and then them-self further direct request to local Kubota or central HQ/Kubota org. Regardless of chosen procedure – take contact, make sure local Kubota WWS agent has parts list and is aware of the HQ model, invite Kubota to Dealer service training to gain internal knowledge D902 and D1105 is THE most produced small diesel engines in the world with a record low SCR – so warranty claims and running changes are rare – that’s one of the main reasons why we have chosen Kubota
