Complete Grade Level, Subject, Assessment and Mastery Score
Bucket students according to level of preparedness for this class
Upload any supporting documentation of Student Levels, as well as an assessment that must be approved. If uploading an assessment, be sure to check the box

5. Create a Class SLO (cont.)
Bucket numbers carry down. Fill in goal numbers for Performance Level. Note the Suggested Guidelines. The Target numbers are the final SLO goals.
