Reason for above given approach is not very difficult to follow, so while we like to transform something in the context of EU basic freedoms then we must have some comparables.
If no more than, at least based on two freedoms activities should be able to carry the recognition: free movement of goods, i.e real estate services and free movement of human beings, i.e workforce (specialists).
