Advanced Placement Initiatives that have sustained our continued improvement  Change in weighted grading to widen the gap between Honors and AP courses  BOE reimbursement for students scoring a 3 or better on AP exams  Expanded AP offerings that are now up to 25 courses  Students taking AP courses are exempted from their final exam when they receive an 85 or higher average end of year and take an AP exam for that course of study  Use of data called AP Potential obtained from PSAT performance to identify qualified students for AP courses  Easy student registration and payment through databases such as Naviance and Total Registration with no additional fees to students
