3 Vet First Priority of Service means that veterans and eligible spouses who meet all the eligibility requirements for a program or service will receive access to the program or service either earlier in time or instead of persons who are not eligible for priority of service. Job Service North Dakota assures that veterans and eligible spouses of veterans receive access, on a priority of service basis, to the agency’s full range of employment and training services. Companies don’t layoff their best performers, they layoff employees with less potential, productivity, skills, and experience. This will lead to a competitive market where companies must retain their best and brightest because even I bad markets, the best people will find opportunities. National Association of Colleges & Employers found it takes 7.74 months for the average senior to find a job Cost – there are numerous models available however most estimated that the cost to replace 1 employee is between 1/2 year to 1 of their annual salary Ex. To replace someone making $20,000 the organization could spend $10,000 to $20, 000 Is that possible? YES I took an individual making $10/hr ($20,800/yr) using very minimal costs and the outcome to replace was ($13,966.13)

We are not seeing the big lay offs in the news in the office or in the state UI numbers Super Commuters are folks who live in other States and work long sessions on say two weeks and go home during their long offs. Job seekers who are skilled and that have been laid off are finding employment. Michael Teague stated he was laid off and was looking for some down time. He was off one day and had four job offers. He is a heavy equipment operator. We do not see the home owners leaving There are skilled workers still arriving on a daily basis, truck drivers, welders, heavy equipment, IT , engineers of all areas and construction. We are also seeing more women with tech skills, accounting, Quickbooks truck drivers AND entrepreneurs

Here only for the money Commuters/ Rotating Schedules Technology when pipe line is complete, checked in OK, TX or here. Pipelines needs bc of the gases, federal law with flaring making a big difference. Staring to see increase in wages, housing allowance, per diem over employees. Pipeline is paying anywhere from $28.00 for a laborer to $35. for skilled equipment operator. Dangerous. See guys coming in and wanting to find job for more family friendly job Some people are here ONLY for the money
