Ask what may be used such as ovens
Send invitations so Clergy will expect food

2. Make club brochures available Tell what Civitan does in the community
Get a Speaker
Include a Short presentation on the 4 Army Chaplains

3. Presentation of food – Make it SPECIAL
Make the serving table festive (theme)
Utilize Dollar Stores for festive plates, cups, etc
Table centerpiece can be door prize

4. French Toast casserole with whipped cream syrup Bacon & Egg casserole
Coffee cake

All 11 members helped by either donating, decorating, cooking or serving

Clergy enjoy our event because it does not take up an evening and they do feel appreciated!
