Discover Your Voice: Revolutionize Your Life!TM
Workshop created and led by Geeta Novotny

The Woes Of Living In The Digital Age
Overwhelming digital sound sensory Endless stream of information to process Inauthentic communication Crafting responses Lack of human connection (inflections and vibe) Losing connection with our inner voice & authenticity. We may be feeling like we are being told what to think and feel in the Information Age Never-ending exhaustion, revitalization needed Integration is key to keeping our communication directly connected to our emotions

Our voice contains the footprints of our lives.
Our voice is the most powerful expression of ourselves and our paramount tool of communication. There is not a human culture that does not sing. Singing is intuitive. My methodology is built on the philosophy that the voice is one of our greatest sources of therapeutic healing, by finding that authentic voice we pave the way for self-discovery. Our voice contains the footprints of our lives. The voice center and throat chakra is about communication, self-expression, and will. It is the conduit between the heart and the brain. Singing provides an experiential way to connect back to our humanity, to go back to basics, to enhance what is inherently ours -to have us reconnect with our creativity, feelings, intuition, and community. To promote our self-mastery to spark transformation and renaissance. And to allow ourselves to engage in music instead of being a passive recipient. The voice can be more than just a tool you use to communicate, but also an instrument for healing, inspiration and creativity to empower yourself and others. Your voice is a gift to give. -Geeta Novotny

Health Benefits of Sound
Sound healing has been clinically shown to be effective in treating people recovering from traumas, suffering from stress related disorders, chronic pain, and chronic illness. Our cells emit sound pulsations over the course of their metabolic processing, so the resonant / healing qualities of this pure sound recalibrate the cells that may have been imprinted with disruptive pulsations from the results of emotional traumas, stress, toxic substances, and pathogens. Fine tunes the brain’s perception of sound Clears out the auditory system Balances the chakras Balances the nervous system Releases anxiety / offers a meditative state
