Our recommendation is to approve the boundary lines approved in 2015 with the exception of keeping the small part of College Square Mall Apartments currently attending Orchard Hill to stay at Orchard Hill (this small section was approved to go to Southdale once new elementary was open, but this would keep them at Orchard Hill).
