3 Lets get started! Your welcome email
You will receive a welcome from Bridgit Closeout to setup your login and password. Username: your work Password: the password you select If you didn’t receive the , contact your Customer Success Manager to make sure you are added to the project. BEDROOM

4 Lets get started! Step 1: Go to the app store or Google Play store and search ‘Closeout’. Step 2: Download the Closeout app. Step 3: Log in with your and password created. Hint: Change your password at any time by clicking the “forgot your password” link at the bottom of the screen.

6 Task email notifications
Subcontractors will automatically receive a ”Daily Summary ” with all “New” Tasks Click on the link that will take you into the full task list assigned to you in Closeout, or log into the Closeout App and see your list there.

7 Home screen Once you have logged into the Closeout app, as a Sub Contractor, you will see a list of “Open” and ”Complete” tasks that have been assigned to you in real time, that you have completed and that the Project Manager has approved. When you select the “Open” folder it will bring up all of your tasks that need to be complete. Important note: Alternatively if not using the mobile app, you can view your daily and weekly s for tasks assigned.

8 Complete task Subcontractor can click on each task to see the full task details such as description, photos, markups in Closeout and then select the ”Complete” button at the bottom to indicate the task has been completed. Note: You can also “Reopen” the task if needed as long as it hasn’t been approved by the PM.

9 Complete task Step 1: Select ”Take a photo” to take a photo of your item or ”Choose from Library” to select an existing picture. Select “Use Photo” to add to task. You can add multiple photos. Holding down on the photo will allow you to delete the photo if needed. Step 2: Select “Markup” when prompted to use the tools in the bottom bar to markup your photo as desired to add more description to your task . Step 3: Select ”Done” Note: Photos will be stored on your mobile device under the Closeout folder as well as on Closeout web/desktop once created.

10 Add comments Step 1: Select ”add comment” from the communication area at the bottom of the task Step 2: Type your comment in the text area and hit “send” when completed. Note: Any communication back and forth on a task will send in-app notifications to the creator and the assignee

All of your tasks will be listed on your home screen. You can click into each individual task to see more details such as description.

When you click into a task, you can review all of the details, and once you have finished the task you can select “Complete” and the PM will be notified to review and Approve the task.

When marking a task “Complete” it is a best practice to add a photo of the completed work and leave a comment for the PM.

14 Bulk Actions from Web Select multiple Tasks from the Task List to complete a ”Bulk Action” to move from ”Open to Complete”
