3. Introduction
IDIS Online is a real-time, web-based computer application that provides financial disbursement, tracking, and reporting activities for CPD formula grants. IDIS Online is used for formula programs administered by CPD. These include the following:
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME)
Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG)
Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA)

4. Introduction MicroStrategy Reports and Data Download Functionality
IDIS Online uses a tool called MicroStrategy to generate reports. MicroStrategy is integrated with IDIS Online. Reports will pop-up in a separate browser window.
Tip:
IDIS Online is refreshed at night, so if you make changes, those changes will not appear in the report until the next day.
