Rebate will be calculated on a quarterly period from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019
Rebate % discount aligns to sales in each tier (i.e % discount on all sales $100,001-$500,000; 3.0% on $500,001+)
All Surface device and accessory SKUs (except demo SKUs) eligible
Payments made direct to DMP if all eligibility requirements are met post quarter end
Eligibility Requirements
Must be authorized US DMP Surface Reseller
Must sign FY19 Backend Rebate Contract via DocuSign
DMP Onboarding Portal authorization complete
DMP approved to receive payment (will be contacted by program management)
Payments will be made direct to DMP only if all eligibility requirements met

For Example:
If a DMP sells $125,000 in Surface sales in FY19 Q1, they will earn 1.5% on sales of $75,000 ($25,000-$100,000 tier) and 2% on sales of $25,000 ($100,001-$125,000) for a total cash incentive of $1,625.
