As we watch again, write down the key events that happen…
She gives the talent show leaflet to Dad who is distracted by his phone/work. She puts her headphones on and starts dancing around the house. Their car breaks down and she keeps dancing at the roadside. She performs her routine for Dad who is distracted by his work. She becomes really sad/angry and slams the door. It is the night of the talent show but once she gets up on stage, she gets stage fright. Her Dad starts doing the routine at the back and it is revealed that he has been watching/taking notice because he does all of the moves! The audience are on their feet & clapping for her performance. She takes a bow & Dad is smiling. As we watch again, write down the key events that happen… Storyboard the events but focus on how you think the girl is feeling at each moment…
