Changes to Begin Today Whole Foods Diet:
Eat a variety of vegetables and fruits (aim for 7-10 servings per day) Eat healthy fats: avocado, olive oil, ground flax seeds, almonds, walnuts, seeds (aim for 2-3 servings per day) -Eat lean protein sources: chicken, turkey, fish, protein powder, eggs, beans/legumes (try to eat some protein with each meal, aim for 3-4 servings per day)
