2. Software Rollout Plan
All computers and software are on a 2 year rotation, or as needed
Out of rotation requests must be made by a manager
All software must be approved by IT Services and properly licensed
Employees are not allowed to download any software onto city- owned machines without IT permission

3. Tablets, Phones and Peripheral Devices
Devices and software are replaced every 2 years or as needed
Requests for new or upgraded software for devices must be made by a manager
Employees are permitted to use personal peripheral devices as long as they comply with IT policy
