The Olympics are coming to National!
Sign up for an Individual Fitness Assessment (IFA) to find out where you need to focus your training for the upcoming Olympics. The Wellness Center staff can help you train for the Olympics by putting together an Exercise Prescription specific to your training needs. Olympics at National Events: Treadmill Bicycle Rower
Running Walking 2 mile 1 mile 3.1 mile (5k) mile (5k) 4 mile Bicycle 5k (3.1 miles) 10k (6.2 miles) 10 miles Rower Whoever can row the longest EFX (Cross-Country Ski) Greatest distance covered in 30 minutes at resistance 5 Stairmaster Most steps in 10 minutes Basketball Most free throws made from the line Flexibility Push-Ups (as many as you can do in 1 minute) Sit-Ups (as many as you can do in 1 minute)

Olympics at National Weight Events
Bench Press (4 repetition requirement.) Lat Pulls (Greatest weight lifted according to Leg Curls body weight) Leg Extensions Dips (as many as you can do in 1 min.) Pull-Ups (50% Body Weight 100% Body Weight) Point System 1st Place 10 points 2nd Place 5 points 3rd Place 3 points Participant 1 point National’s Greatest Athletes will be awarded according to the cumulative point totals. There will be both male and female categories and winners for each event. Sarah and Amanda will have the final say if any controversies arise!
