Fold paper into seam make a line (imaginary) On the first line write 1 on the same line but at the fold write 2 Odd on left Even on right Skip a line between numbers Table of content 1 2 Skip a line Seam 3 4 Skip a line

Step 4: (actual page 6 back side only number) Starting with the last page of table of content, Should be a back page start numbering. Numbers should be at the top outside corner of every page.
